A mix-use project, 300 Cannery Row transforms the interior of the Aenaes Cannery with 8 residential units, retail, and coastal commercial space dedicated to preserving the cannery’s history and community.

Acquired in August 2026 the 91,960-square-foot residential lot is located in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz. This property will bring new life to a growing community in need of downtown living space. With construction of this development we are excited to have 4,827 square feet of commercial space to further make a great use of the space.
