These two multi-building assets consist of 16 buildings total, 335,701 SF of flex-industrial product spanning 83 units ranging from 1,600-22,000 SF and situated across multiple APN parcels.

Dallas 2 is a 71,810 SF industrial portfolio located in Arlington, TX. Located on two sites, Great Southwest Plaza is located at 2805-2849 Galleria Drive, and Centennial Place is located at 2232-2236 Michigan Ave.

This is GPR’s first acquisition in Hollister. This ±42,945 SF property was property was built in 1960 and 1987. There are 9 tenants that occupy space in 6 metal-frame buildings and 1 residential unit. The units range from 1,200-9,600 SF. 

This is our first acquisition in Oklahoma. We closed escrow on this multi-tenant industrial building located in Tulsa, OK on June 2023. This property was built in 1986 and is 106,000+ SF with 4 tenants.

Sierra View Apartments is a 34-unit, 2-bedroom, multifamily project located in Carson City, Nevada, purchased on March 31, 2023. This project is 26,448 SF. It is the second multifamily acquisition in the Reno-Carson City-Tahoe area.

We closed escrow on this multi-tenant flex/industrial complex located in Midland, TX on January 19, 2023. This property was built in 2018 and is 65,000 SF with 46 industrial units ranging from 1,000 SF – 3,000 SF and one 3,000 SF office building. The property has 5 buildings spanning 3.571 acres.

We closed escrow on this multi-tenant flex/industrial complex located in Midland, TX on January 20, 2023. This property was built in 2018 and is 27,500 SF with 11 suites. Each suite is 2,500 SF with a fenced yard, a highly desirable size for this market. This property spans 2.14 acres.

Creekside is a 32-unit multifamily project, purchased on December 8, 2022. It is the first multifamily acquisition and fifth overall acquisition in Reno, Nevada.

Arch Industrial is a 26,624 square foot multi-tenant property, purchased in August 2022. Located in Stockton, California, this project consists of one building with four units.

Capitol is a 27,268 square foot multifamily property, purchased in August 2, 2022. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this project consists of one building with 25 units.

Coeur d’Alene is a 10,048 square foot multifamily property, purchased in July 2022. Located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, this project consists of one building with 12 units.

Midland is a 204,337 square foot industrial warehouse, purchased in June 2022. Located in Midland, Texas, the building consists of 49 units spanning 11.73 acres.

Riverside is an 11,520 square foot acquisition, purchased in March 2022. Located in Spokane, Washington, this two-story property consists of two buildings with 12 total units.

Central is a 43,692 square foot acquisition, purchased in February 2022. This portfolio is located in Salt Lake City, Utah and consists of four multi-family complexes, totaling 43 units throughout six buildings.

Caldwell is a 40,606 square foot acquisition, purchased in January 2022. Located in Caldwell, Idaho, the portfolio consists of two industrial buildings.

Heyrend is a 584,800 square foot acquisition, purchased in December 2021. Located in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the portfolio consists of four industrial buildings.

City View (rebranded as “Alta View”) is a 45,800 square foot acquisition, purchased in December 2021. Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, the portfolio consists of six multi-family residential buildings.

Northgate 2 is an 84,537 square foot acquisition, purchased in October 2021. Located in Sacramento, California, the portfolio consists of three light industrial buildings.

Evans 2 is a 10.72 acre vacant land acquisition located in Dayton, Nevada. The asset was purchased in September 2021. It is proposed to be developed into a 173,600 SF light industrial-suburban (LI-S) warehouse and 8,000 SF of office.
