Peter Given brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate development and investment to the Duke Capital Ventures team. Before joining Duke Capital Ventures, he held leadership roles with Sares Regis Group of Northern California, where he managed complex development projects and entitlement efforts across the Bay Area. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and planning through construction, delivery, and asset management.
