ASSET MANAGER

Alexander serves as an Asset Manager for Duke Capital Ventures, contributing to portfolio management. Alexander supports a variety of assets, including light industrial / flex business parks, multifamily projects, and single-family housing developments. Alexander's proficiency in managing tenant, vendor, and partner relationships allows him to support Duke Capital Ventures' growing portfolio, contributing to both operational and acquisition management. 

Alexander graduated from Quinnipiac University's Lender School of Business with a Master in Business Administration.
