Guransh Singh Sachdeva leads underwriting efforts across the deal pipeline, spanning both acquisitions and ground-up development opportunities. Since graduating from the University of California, Berkeley in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Society & Environment, he has worked across industrial, multifamily, and single-family investments.

In addition to underwriting and financial modeling, Guransh supports broader aspects of the business, including deal sourcing, asset management, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis across a variety of projects.
