The Team 

Duke Capital Ventures (DCV) is a real estate company that provides investors with institutional-grade investments including multi-tenant industrial, residential, and mixed-use projects. The DCV Asset Management Team oversees a growing portfolio. To date, DCV and its affiliates have acquired over 100 buildings across 30+ different projects. The portfolio totals nearly 3,000,000 square feet in addition to 26 acres of industrial and mixed-use residential land.

The Asset Manager will support the acquisition, development, operation, and disposition of these assets, reporting directly to the Managing Principal. 

The Opportunity  

Duke Capital Ventures is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support its asset management team in managing multiple commercial real estate assets. This individual will be responsible for the following: 

  • Collaborate with asset management and accounting teams on operational needs 

  • Support new business initiatives 

  • Perform debt/equity analysis and financial modeling 

  • Support development projects by projecting / tracking costs 

  • Support the lead underwriter on asset analysis and financial modeling 

  • Perform and deliver market research and analysis 

What We're Looking For 

 Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field 

  • Ability to interface with third parties including legal professionals, contractors, financial institutions, brokers, and others 

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills 

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills 

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment 

  • Proven track record of working collaboratively as part of a team 

  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 

Encouraged 

  • Experience with property / construction management software 

  • Experience with industrial / multifamily asset and / or property management 

  • Experience with mixed-use or SFR construction projects 

     

Additional Information 

This is an office-based position for Mountain View, CA (not remote). Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from USD $75,000.00 – USD $110,000.00 per year. The role is eligible for discretionary bonus(es). DCV operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy, and your total compensation may vary based on individual performance and prior experience.
