Aroush leads investment analysis and underwriting across the deal pipeline, spanning both acquisitions and ground-up development opportunities. Aroush graduated from Minerva University with a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Finance and Data Science. At DCV she focuses on underwriting prospective industrial, multifamily, and single-family real estate acquisitions while also supporting asset management and accounting teams.
